SeaRush Tours — speedboat tours in the Bay of Kotor

About the project

SeaRush runs speedboat tours from Kotor — sunset group tours to Perast and Our Lady of the Rocks, plus private and exclusive tours to the Blue Cave. The goal was a site that feels as premium as the experience itself, and that a tourist on a phone can go through from inspiration to a paid booking in a few minutes.

The frontend is built in React with Tailwind and GSAP animations — a large hero with aerial footage, pages for tours, attractions, destinations, a gallery and reviews. The site is available in four languages (English, Montenegrin, Italian and French), since foreign tourists are the main audience.

Behind it is an Express + PostgreSQL backend: availability checks per departure, bookings, online card deposit payments through the Monri gateway and automatic emails to both the guest and the owner. Through the admin panel the owner edits tours, prices, departures, images and the gallery on their own — no developer and no rebuild needed.

Result

SeaRush now sells tours directly, without intermediaries or booking-platform commissions: the guest picks a tour, sees free slots, pays a deposit by card and instantly gets an email confirmation. The site is live at searushtours.com.
